I do have an appetite, but sometimes when I get really busy I just run out of time to eat! I know it's not a good excuse... but I guess that's what it is. I try to drink a lot of water, so that might be part of it, too. But I know I need to eat more, especially since I'm trying to start working out again. Staying under 1600 calories is SUCH a challenge for me, I don't know how you do it! I feel like it's slowly getting dare-I-say easier, but very slowly. Do you drown yourself in water? I try but it makes me nauseus! Has your appetite gone down? Excuse all the questions, but every day I covet each calorie and try to spend it wisely and so I just don't know how it's even possible to have less!
