Okay, not kidding, this chicken is delicious!! It's crunchy and has plenty of flavor... yummmmm.
Each serving has 245 calories, so you can add a veggie and maybe some potatoes like I did (yeahhh, I love pepper, haha) or bread and you've got a full, low calorie meal! :)
10 HUGS:
that chicken looks great! I'm always on the lookout for new ideas for chicken. Thanks for posting!
Sounds yummy...nice pics!
Hey girl - this is a response to your most recent vlog on youtube, but my response was so long I didnt want to post there haha!
I had the same problem with my Mac studiofx, I ended up keeping it though and found I match it - for a couple months out of the year LOL NOT in the winter haha.
I love make-up, seriously! Have you checked out coastalscents.com stuff? Good stuff, their 88 palettes are a steal and good stuff, but you must have their brush sleeves things - check em out - you wash your brushes and then let them set/dry in the little sleeves and your brushes keep their shape and are super soft - love em!
THey also have good brushes as well. I am a make-up obsessed person, my fave at the moment is stila and urban decay - but yeah - check out coastal, even though they are so cheap, they are nicely pigmented :)
Alright - later gator!
I am making that for dinner next week. Thanks!
Hey Carissa,
I just stumbled upon your blog today, and I'm really glad that I did. You are doing such an awesome job! I just started my weight loss journey (again) this past Monday, and I am trying to find people who inspire me to believe that it actually can be done! I have to tell you, you are so brave to post pictures- but I am sure it has paid off because you can really tell your progress. you're awesome.
If you have time to stop by my blog and give me some wisdom I'd appreciate it so much.
thanks for your inspiring blog :)
Emily
That looks super delicious!!
Will definitely try your yummy chicken recipe. And like you, I love pepper...I sometimes put both black and white pepper on everything on my plate. I do try to go easy on the salt.. pepper is a much healthier option. (isn't it?) :)
Wow that looks so freaking delicious. I'm going to have to try making it. ;)
Hi! I found you through 3fc. You go girl..losing 50lbs!
I've tried to post this to you on youtube..like 3 times..so if you get it more than once..sorry chica!

PS: I so want to try this chicken thanks for posting it!!
if you like a lil kick to your chicken
use 1 or 1.5 cups of cheez-it hot and spicy instead of rice cereal and the ranch packet you can also change the cheese to cheddar or fiesta blend. (smash up the cheez-its in a sandwhich baggie and then you can "shake & bake" em..lol)
1 cup of cheez-it hot and spicy is 300 calories, 16g fat and 32 carbs...but of course it's for 4 chicken breast :)
