if you're hungry, you should eat! but if it's just a craving maybe have a bite and let it pass? i know it sucks (as i sit here craving a Twinkie) but I KNOW that the payoff will make me so much happier... hang in there; your progress has been amazing -- Keep it up!xo

I'm not too uptight about what I'm eating as long as it fits into my day, but I can see about how that can be frustrating. Maybe you could just eat a bite of something?
