Did you know?

Frozen fruits and vegetables are NOT necessarily bad for you. In fact, they can even have more of the food's natural nutrients than if the food was bought fresh. How? The foods are flash frozen quickly after being picked, which preserves all the good stuff! Fresh foods often have a lonnng way to travel before they reach our grocery stores, and they can lose a lot of nutrients over the trip.

Hi Carissa! I ran into your videos on youtube and I thought they were really inspiring! I've been watching my diet for a handful of weeks now and I've gone from 210 to weighing in today at 187.2. (at 5'9 ishh)

I've read some of you blog, and watched your videos and you're always dressed so nice! I've noticed that you really don't talk much about what you like to wear for your changing body shape or what jean sizes you've been threw with all your weight loss!

I'd love to be able to compare what sizes you've been at or what type of clothes or brands you find work best for you!

I've subscribed to you channel and I'll be cheering you on! Keep up the good work!
