Hey yall, I'm still here! Just like every semester, the beginning of this one has been chaotic and busy. But fear not - you know I will get my groove back soon. I have so many posts that I'm excited about writing so be expecting some soon (I hope)!

Okay.. so apparently I need to eat a lil somethin. Probably will before the night is over seeing as how supper was pretty small... Thanks to everyone who has been commenting/emailing me.. your support has kept me going and I promise I'll get back to my regular blog reading soon!

I don't know how you survive off of 800 cals and I'm SO GLAD that you were going to get in more because this is about health first and foremost girl, right?
That being said, have you no appetite? Staying under 1600 calories is SUCH a challenge for me, I don't know how you do it! I feel like it's slowly getting dare-I-say easier, but very slowly. Do you drown yourself in water? I try but it makes me nauseus! Has your appetite gone down? Excuse all the questions, but every day I covet each calorie and try to spend it wisely and so I just don't know how it's even possible to have less! What am I doing wrong!?

It can be hard to get a control on eating for me, whether I'm eating too much or eating too little. I do have an appetite, but sometimes when I get really busy I just run out of time to eat! I know it's not a good excuse... but I guess that's what it is. I try to drink a lot of water, so that might be part of it, too. But I know I need to eat more, especially since I'm trying to start working out again. So I don't think you're doing anything wrong - I need to be more like you!
