*DON'T FORGET - WEIGH INS CHANGED
TO SUNDAY, SO CHECK BACK!*

I haven't worked out since before Thanksgiving and I think it shows. My tummy is constantly bloated but I took these pictures before I ate anything today so it's not too bad... I've come down with a cold but hopefully it'll be gone within the next few days... my surgery is on Friday and I wont be able to workout much for probably 2 weeks after that, so I'm bummed and just ready to get back into it.

I need your words of encouragement :(. I want to lose weight, but I want to be FIT once it's lost, ya know? Do you think that I'll be able to make up for lost time when I am finally able to start working out hard again??

Thanks for reading & always listening!! Love you all!!

My suggestion would be to really focus on your eating while you're unable to exercise. That way you could continue to lose (albeit more slowly) and you won't completely relapse, you know? If you don't watch your food, it's going to be much harder to get back into the swing of things with exercise, but if you stay on a positive path then you can just count the days until things are back to normal and keep moving forward instead of backward.

You are going to feel so much better! I remember once I got over my surgery, how much better I felt. I think if you keep eating right then you will do fine. Once you can get back to working out then you'll rock it and stay on track. Don't sweat the small stuff. Take care of yourself, get over your cold and take care of yourself through your surgery and healing afterwards!!!! Hang in there! You're doing awesome!

Your surgery will go great, and the recovery is easy! :) Ease back into movement - that is what they told me. Day 1, do nothing. Day 2 get the mail from the mailbox. Day 3 walk to the house next door. Day 4 walk two houses. Day 5, 3 houses. Etc. You get the picture. Soon enough you will be back in action. :) Plus the surgery may give you a little bonus weight loss! :)
