BYT #6: If you've hit a plateau on the road to Skinny, try switching up your exercise routine. It will surprise your muscles and they'll have to work harder to get used to the new movements, thus burning more calories.

Yeah, I find that definetly true but isn't it so hard to try another routine since we are so used to the usual one!
