Today's Exercise: Standing Oblique Crunch
STEP 1 - Stand with your feet a little more than shoulder width apart, and your right arm raised above your head.
STEP 2 - Lift your left knee up and meet it with your right hand.
STEP 3 - Return to standing position. Repeat on both sides, touching opposite hand to opposite knee.
