Reader, meet Wanda. Wanda, meet reader.
Like us, Wanda has some weight to lose. She'll be helping us with workouts! For each new workout Wanda feels like sharing, she'll demonstrate how to do it as well as let you know how easy/difficult it is to do.
Today's Exercise:
Standing Oblique CrunchSTEP 1 - Stand with your feet a little more than shoulder width apart, and your right arm raised above your head.
STEP 2 - Lift your left knee up and meet it with your right hand.
STEP 3 - Return to standing position. Repeat on both sides, touching opposite hand to opposite knee.
Difficulty level:
This exercise will help to get rid of those nasty love handles and will tone your sides. Remember, just doing exercises that target one area of your body doesn't mean you will lose fat off that area - you need cardio to burn calories & fat! :)
